A 3D rendering of the mouse hindlimb produced by Seth Ruffins (Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI) David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and California Institute of Technology, Pasadena CA) using the 3D limb anatomy dataset we produced from segmented OPT scans.

A quicktime movie of an OPT scan of a CollagenII-GFP transgenic forelimb at E14.5. The cartilaginous elements of the forming skeleton are visible by the presence of green flourescent protein. Some soft tissues (muscle) are also visible by virtue of their autoflourescence.
