New website launched

What's new
To enable users to quickly access NIMR group leaders/PIs or find out who's working on what we've implemented four new features:
- On the main navigation bar, at the top of every page, there's a little arrow next to research. Clicking on this expands it to show all the group leaders, in alphabetical order. One click and you're there!
- Our A to Z Research Groups enables you to view and order Group Leaders by Division, name, research title and research theme.
- Research themes have also been added to the Group pages so that you can easily view others working on the same theme at NIMR.
- When you're on any Group page you'll be able to see the links to the other pages within that Group, and won't end up with no way of navigating except for the Back button.
We've got a great new section for our Research facilities, showcasing the support, facilities and expertise available to staff at NIMR, and we've pulled together our Resources and databases to make them easier to find.
The design
The design is strong, but clean - our content is the focus of the website. The 'header' area showcases some of our fantastic research images. But we didn't stop with the image, we thought you may want to know about the science behind them. So, if you click on the image on the top right you'll see the full image, a description, and which Research Group the image came from.
What else
We've added Quick Links on the homepage, links to NIMR on Facebook and Twitter, all our resources on Influenza in one place, lots more news on the homepage, the ability to filter news by categories, and lots more.

We're excited to be launching our new website and hope that it will enable you to easily access the information you're looking for.
