Inter-Library loans ::
Although the Library's main function is to serve the staff at the Institute
we also have ILL arrangements with certain libraries:
- at other MRC Units
- in other Research Council Institutes
- in government departments
- selected specialist libraries
The degree of service we can offer and charging level will vary depending on the particular circumstances. Single copies can be provided to other libraries for non-commercial research or private study where no other location exists.
Please note that we can only supply photocopies to other libraries, and not to individuals.
Medical Research Council publications
The Library also has a selection of Medical Research Council publications, including all the MRC Special Report Series. We can assist with enquiries about these and in some cases can lend copies.
