The website explains the background and vision for the UKCMRI project. It outlines the broad aspirations of the project including a document of frequently asked questions and a map to show the cluster of centres of excellence which surround the site at St Pancras.

New world class medical research centre announced
The creation of the UK Centre for Medical Research and Innovation (UKCMRI) in the heart of London has been announced by the Medical Research Council. UKCMRI will gather research teams from the MRC’s National Institute for Medical Research, the Cancer Research UK London Research Institute and UCL, working closely with researchers located in surrounding universities and research intensive hospitals. The Wellcome Trust will fund scientists working at the centre adding to the interdisciplinary mix.
